Wisconsin State Patrol Releases Information About Collision Involving A Fond Du County Sheriff’s Deputy

(Fond du Lac) The Wisconsin State Patrol has released information about a collision involving a Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s deputy. On Tuesday, a minivan operated by Jarrett Anderson of Fond du Lac was eastbound on Merrill Avenue when he drove through the controlled intersection without stopping and was struck by the deputy’s vehicle, which did not have a stop sign. The minivan then struck a second minivan which left the scene and has not been found. Anderson was transported to St Agnes Hospital with minor injuries; he was cited for Failure To Stop At A Stop Sign. The accident remains under investigation.
