Waupun Man Arraigned For Allegedly Stealing From Family Member

12/13/17 – A Waupun man who is accused of stealing from a family member was in court Tuesday for his arraignment hearing. Quinn Strohbeen entered a not guilty plea to one felony count of Theft of Movable Property. The suspects’ aunt told authorities last October that she was missing several pieces of jewelry and prescription medications. The 30-year-old reportedly admitted to investigators that he stole the jewelry and pawned it for around $1000 but denied taking the pills. If convicted, Strohbeen faces up to three-and-a-half years in prison.
