Volunteers Needed For Tornado Cleanup

(Fond du Lac County) Volunteers are wanted in Fond du Lac and Sheboygan Counties to help people recover from powerful storms August 28th. Nineteen (19) tornadoes hit throughout Wisconsin. Allison Reilly, with the volunteer group “Team Rubicon,” says volunteers will help people with anything that might need taken care of, like downed trees or structural damage. Officials urge anyone who wants to help to register before going to damaged areas. The United Way’s Volunteer Reception Center at the Plymouth Fire Station is open through Friday between 9am and noon and from 4pm to 7pm with work assigned through this Saturday between 7am and 5pm.
