Three Injured In Town of Lebanon Single Vehicle Crash

8/14/17 – The three names of those involved in a one vehicle accident that occurred early yesterday morning in the Town of Lebanon have been released. 27-year-old Steven Cummings from Loveland, Colorado failed to negotiate a curve while eastbound on County Trunk R, near the intersection with County SC, left the roadway and overturned before striking a utility pole. One of his passengers –  20-year-old David Gallegos also from Loveland, Colorado – was ejected and was taken by ambulance to Watertown Hospital before being transferred to UW Hospital in Madison with serious injuries. A second passenger, 45-year-old Guy Patrick Davis from Minneapolis, was trapped inside the vehicle and the jaws-of-life were needed to remove him. He was flown by Flight For Life to Summit Hospital in Oconomowoc with life-threatening injuries. The driver of the car sustained minor injuries and was taken to Watertown Hospital. The accident remains under investigation by the Dodge County Crash Investigation Team.
