“4-2” Ultimate Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Sourdough bread slices

Unsalted butter

Asiago cheese (shredded)

Buttercase cheese slices

Smoked Gouda cheese slices

White Cheddar with Tomato Basil cheese slices

Pepperoni, thinly sliced

Garlic Summer Sausage, thinly sliced

Melt butter in two separate spots on a hot griddle; sprinkle with shredded Asiago cheese and add 1 slice bread on top of cheese. (The cheese and melted butter will adhere to the bread slices and give a “crisp, crust-like” texture to the outside of your sandwich). Add the sliced cheese-one slice of each of the cheeses on EACH slice of bread. Cook the sausage and pepperoni alongside the bread about 2-3 minutes; flip and cook other side until lightly browned. Add meat to bread-sausage on one slice, pepperoni on the other-one meat on the left side and the other meat on the right side. Once the underside of bread is golden brown, flip one slice on top of other; remove from heat and serve. Makes 1 sandwich.
