Summer Nature Events To Connect Community Members

(Waupun) The public is encouraged to attend a series of events that will connect community members. Marsh Haven is hosting the free programs. There will be a nest box hike from 6 to 7pm on June 14 that will take visitors on a tour of the 40 plus nest boxes throughout Marsh Haven. On July 17, there will be a viewing of the film “Green Fire” from 6 to 8pm in the Respect Our Earth Theater. The movie explores Aldo Leopold who was considered the most important conservationist of the twentieth-century. On August 23, interested individuals can learn about owls from 6 to 7pm. There will be a star gazing event on September 18 at 8pm. The programs wrap up on October 25 with a presentation on the Gray Wolf from 6 to 7pm.
