Soda vs Water – Article

Do you drink soda every day? If so you could be packing on some serious weight each and every year. According to Dr. Jennifer Ashton (ABC News chief women’s health correspondent) drinking 20 ounces of regular soda each day for a year, adds 119 cups of sugar to your diet.  “That much sugar can lead to inflammation, oxidative stress and it affects the blood vessels in our body, literally every organ from your brain to your heart and kidneys.” Ashton said.

If you were to swap out water for soda every day you could lose 14 pounds in a year!

Thirsty….reach for water, your organs and pants with thank you!
