Sex Trafficking Program In Beaver Dam Thursday Evening

(Beaver Dam) A program Thursday (11/8) in Beaver Dam will focus on the reality of human trafficking in the region. The non-profit group 5-Stones Beaver Dam is hosting “Not In Our Town: The Face Of Human Trafficking In Rural Areas.” Panelists include Dodge County District Attorney Kurt Klomberg, Beaver Dam Police Detective Heather Johnson and survivor/advocates Morgan Meadows and Trish Propson. The keynote speaker is Assistant US Attorney Julie Pfluger. Not In Our Town will be held at the Harvest Church on Highway 33 east of the city of Beaver Dam (across from the fairgrounds). The program begins at 6:30pm and is open to the community; it is recommended for those ages 13 and up.
