Full time and Part time positions available!

Starting wage range: $26.27 – $34.08/hr.

Under the general direction of the R.N. supervisor, provides basic nursing care, implements active treatment/total nursing care programs, and provides direct supervision to Rehabilitation/Program/Nursing Assistant

Education and Experience:

Graduation from accredited LPN program and possess an unrestricted Wisconsin Practical Nurse license, or a graduate of an ADN or BSN program and possess an unrestricted Wisconsin RN license. Prefer one (1) year nursing experience with residents/participants with related conditions, i.e., head injuries, developmental disabilities, psychiatric, long-term geriatric care, etc. Previous experience or training in applying Behavior Management principles and Rehabilitation principles preferred.

Knowledge, skills and ability:

Knowledge of all applicable federal and state regulations.

Knowledge of related nursing care, i.e., head injuries, developmental disabilities, psychiatric, geriatric, rehabilitation, medical/surgical, etc.

Knowledge of and sensitivity to special needs of residents/participants.

Knowledge of all applicable policies and procedures.

Regular attendance and punctuality required.
