•Responsible for complying with GMP’s, maintaining proper sanitation and housekeeping in area.
•Responsible for use of required safety equipment and complying with proper safety procedures.
•Be able to rotate to various jobs on Pizza Line.
•Responsible for effective continuous operation and change- overs of pizza production line.
•Supply line with boxes and other items needed to maintain production.
•Check and communicate code dates to other workers.
•Timely notification to Maintenance and Supervision of equipment problems.
•Notify Supervision of actual or potential problems.
