Randolph Man Guilty In Child Assault

11/21/17 – A Randolph man was found guilty Monday of having inappropriate contact with a minor. Chris Sussek pled guilty to two felony counts of First Degree Child Sexual Assault, a third felony charge was dismissed but read into the record. Sussek was painting the victims home when the incidents began with the six-to-seven-year-old child. The molestations took place over two years ending last January. The 36-year-old admitted that he initiated a relationship with the child. Sussek told officers that the abuse occurred on four occasions and stopped at the request of the victim. Sussek faces a combined maximum of 180 years in prison. A pre-sentencing hearing was ordered and Sussek is due back in court in December. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 27.
