Randolph Man Arraigned For Child Assault

7/7/17 – A Randolph man accused with having inappropriate contact with a minor was in court for his arraignment hearing yesterday. Chris Sussek entered a plea of not guilty to three felony counts of First Degree Child Sexual Assault. According to the criminal complaint, Sussek was painting the victims home when the alleged incidents began with the six-to-seven-year-old child. The molestations were said to take place over two years ending in January. The 35-year-old reportedly admitted that he initiated a relationship with the child. Sussek told officers that the abuse occurred on four occasions and stopped at the request of the victim. If convicted, he faces a combined maximum of 180 years in prison.
