(Horicon) City workers in Horicon are getting a pay bump in 2018. The common council this week approved a two-percent wage increase for all full-time employees. Mayor Steve Neitzel says the increase is in-line with other communities and reflects the average cost of living increase. He says the city has approved a two-percent pay hike for nearly a decade. The pay change was budgeted for in 2018 and was made retroactive to the first of the year.
