PAVE Releases 2016 Stats, Holding Fundraiser

3/3/17 – Dodge County’s only domestic violence shelter provided more help to victims last year than in 2015. Teresa Nienow, executive director of PAVE, People Against A Violent Environment, says they provided 3687 nights of shelter in 2016, up from 3322 the previous year. There were 658 individual victims served an increase of 120 people. PAVE is hosting their annual Sweet Thanks fundraiser tonight at the Chapel of the Archangels in Beaver Dam from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. The dessert auction features auctioneer Julius Temkin and the master of ceremonies is WXRO’s Lezli Young.
