Pumpkin Spice Latte
In saucepan, simmer 2 c. sugar and 2 c. water, ¼ c. pure pumpkin, 2 cinnamon sticks and 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, whisking 10 minutes. Strain twice; chill. (Will keep in fridge for up to one month). Mix 1-2 Tbsp. syrup with coffee and warm milk to taste. Top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.
