OCTOBER 3RD – CARAMEL CUSTARD

Impossible Custard Pie

4 eggs

2 c. milk

1 c. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

½ c. Bisquick®

½ stick margarine

Place all ingredients in blender in this order: eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, Bisquick & margarine. Blend for 1 minute. Pour mixture into greased and floured 9” pie pan. Bake 40 minutes at 375°.
