Crock Pot Potato Stew

10 potatoes, peeled and sliced to bite size

1 c. ham, chopped

¼ c. bacon bits

2 c. chicken broth

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed

Combine potatoes, ham & bacon in crock pot. Stir to combine. Pour chicken broth over top. Cover & cook on LOW 7 hours. Toss in cubed cream cheese, stirring occasionally; cook 45 minutes to 1 hr. more
