Honey Herb Roasted Veggies
Preheat oven to 400°. In large bowl, toss 1 (14-16 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced carrots and 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans with 1/3 c. honey, 3 Tbsp. melted butter and 1 tsp. each thyme and oregano. Spread vegetables on baking sheet coated with cooking spray and season with ½ tsp. salt & pepper. Bake 45 minutes, flipping occasionally with a spatula. Serve 6.
