OCTOBER 11TH – SAUSAGE PIZZA

Breakfast Pizza

1 lb. bulk pork sausage

5 eggs

¼ c. milk

1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls (8 count)

½ tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

1 c. frozen, loose-pack hash browns, thawed

2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (or Swiss or Monterrey Jack)

In skillet, cook sausage until browned; drain excess fat; set aside. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place in ungreased 12” pizza pan (with rim) with points to the center. Press dough over bottom & up sides of pan to form crust. Seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with thawed potatoes. Top with cheese. In small bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Pour onto crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes.
