NOVEMBER 6TH – NACHOS

Beef Nacho Casserole

1 lb. ground beef

1 ½ c. chunky salsa

¾ c. Miracle Whip®

1 (10 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained

1 tsp. chili powder

2 c. crushed tortilla chips

2 c. Colby cheese

Preheat oven to 350°. Place ground beef in large skillet over MEIDUM-HIGH heat. Cook, stirring to crumble, until evenly browned. Drain grease. Remove from heat; stir salsa, corn, mayo & chill powder into beef. In 2-quart casserole dish, layer ground beef mixture, tortilla chips and cheese twice, ending with cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes, uncovered, until cheese is melted and dish is thoroughly heated.
