November 1st: French Fried Clams

Clam Dip 

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

1 c. mayonnaise

2 (0.9 oz.) pkg. dry vegetable soup mix

1 (10 oz.) can chopped clams

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Cover and chill dip at least 2 hours. Serve dip with bread cubes and raw vegetables.

Makes 3 cups.
