3/29/17 – The Columbus School District has new Facilities Manager. The school board this week announced that Troy Marshall has accepted the position. Marshall will be in charge of buildings and grounds districtwide. Superintendent Annett Deuman says he comes with five years’ experience from a school district in southwest Wisconsin. Deuman says that the new facilities manager will be responsible for more than just maintaining buildings. Marshall will also be tasked with assessing district buildings and grounds and, from that assessment, drafting five-year and ten-year plans for the district. Marshall begins the new position on July 1st.
