New Building Being Constructed At Dodge County Fairgrounds

(Beaver Dam) A new exhibitor building is being constructed on the Dodge County Fairgrounds. The structure on the west side of the fairgrounds will be 60-feet -by-120-feet which will showcase dozens of vendors and businesses. Over one hundred vendors showcased their products and services during the 2017 fair season, distributed in several tents on the fairgrounds. Even more exhibitors are expected this year. The addition of the new building will accommodate up to 46 vendors in the new space. Indoor vendor booths will be spacious 10-feet-by-ten-feet spaces, featuring electricity and backdrops. Commercial tents will be provided in addition and can be expanded on request. Previous vendors have included local services, home-based businesses and companies. Booths showcased health and beauty products, home remodeling and repair services, food vendors and various boutiques and a unique shopping experience while attending the fair.

Vendors will be on hand to share their products and services with attendees, answer consumer questions and offer samples and try-before-you-buy experiences. High-speed wireless internet will also be available for vendors and attendees in the new commercial building. The new exhibitor building will be available for rental throughout the spring, summer and fall months, as well as provide winter storage. The Dodge County Fair will take place on August 15-19 and draws more than 50,000 attendees annually. The free entertainment lineup features a truck and tractor pull and demolition derby, as well as a free evening concert series. 2018 evening entertainment on the grandstand includes The Oak Ridge Boys, Chris Janson, and Grand Funk Railroad with Foghat as their special guest.
