(Beaver Dam) Students from Moraine Park Technical College recently competed in the 2018 Wisconsin SkillsUSA State Leadership and Skills Conference. The event was held at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, with MPTC students taking home first place in the area of CNC milling Specialist, and fourth in team automated manufacturing technology categories. The Electricity club swept the top three spots in the industrial motor controls category and picking up another third-place win in electrical construction wiring. William Korevec, and Brandon Schuster will go on to represent MPTC at the SkillsUSA National Skills Conference in Louisville, KY this June.
