MPTC Announces Commencement Ceremony Keynote Speaker

(Beaver Dam) Moraine Park Technical College has announced its 2018 commencement ceremony keynote speaker. John Torinus Jr. has worked as a journalist, entrepreneur and business manager since leaving the U.S. Marine Corps. Torinus spent 20 years as the CEO of Serigraph Inc., a graphics parts manufacturer, and he still serves as an active chairman. He also serves as chairman of West Bend Friends of Sculpture, director for Mikkelsen Cutting Tools LLC and GrandCare LLC, treasure of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee Research Foundation and a partner of the Wisconsin Super-Angel Fund. Torinus has a baccalaureate (back-a-lore-it) in industrial administration from Tale and a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Stockholm. The ceremony will also feature student speaker Joseph Jaeger who was named the 2018 Student of the Year. Moraine Park’s 2018 Commencement Ceremony will be held at 10am at the Fond du Lac High School field house.
