MAY 15TH: CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

½ c. butter, softened

¾ c. powdered sugar

2 Tbsp. brown sugar

¼ tsp. vanilla extract

¾ c. mini semisweet chocolate chips

¾ c. finely chopped pecans

Beat cream cheese & butter in medium bowl until smooth. Mix in powder sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in chips. Cover & chill in fridge for 2 hours. Shape chilled mixture into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour. Roll cheese ball in finely chopped pecans just before serving.
