MAY 12th: NUTTY FUDGE

Katie’s Peanuty Fudge Sauce

1 c. chocolate flavored syrup

½ c. creamy peanut butter

¼ c. light corn syrup

1 tsp. vanilla

In medium bowl, with fork or wire whisk, stir together chocolate syrup, peanut butter, corn syrup & vanilla until smooth & well blended. Store in tightly covered jar in refrigerator for up to 1 month. Serve at room temperature. Yield: 1 ½ c. I always encouraged my children to make gifts for others at Christmas and my daughter Katie found this recipe. She would make batches to giver her aunts, uncles and grandparents and it was ALWAYS a hit! You’ll love it, too!
