Mary Elizabeth Krueger, age 77, went to her heavenly home on Sunday, September 9, 2018.
Mary was born on March 15, 1941, in Milwaukee, a daughter of Clarence and Clara (Muinch) Heberer. She was united in marriage to Gerald Krueger on September 12, 1959, in Milwaukee, WI. Mary was a domestic engineer for 60 years, she did it all. Mary and her husband owned and operated Home Improvements for 50 years, Trails End Tavern for 5 years, Montello Flea Market for 10 years and Krueger Auction Service for 13 years. Mary loved the outdoors, whether it was working in the flower beds, feeding the birds or ice fishing with family and friends. Mary was a member of St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran Church of Marquette.
Mary is survived by Gerald, her husband of fifty-nine years; her three children, Sandra (Mark) Brekke of Pardeeville, Gerald G. Krueger of Marquette and Mary Jean (Mike Zabel) Reading of Marquette; nine grandchildren, Susan, Brandon, Nicholas, Brianne (Pete), Jordan, Bradley, Kyle, Taylor and Andrew; two great-grandchildren, Addison and Alexis; one sister, Gloria Brester; sister-in-law, Marjorie Heberer; two brothers-in-law, Norman (Patricia) Krueger and Dennis (Deanna) Krueger; two-sisters-in-law, Colleen Boje and Gloria Krueger; Tippy Toe, her fuzzy companion; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kim (Brian) Biddle; two sisters, Katherine (John) Russo and Joyce (Raymond) Koenig; three brothers, Donald Heberer, David (Phyllis) Heberer and Edward Heberer; four brothers-in-law, Henry Brester, Theodore Krueger and Quintin Krueger and William Boje.
Visitation for Mary will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 15, 2018, at St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran Church, 266 Sherman Avenue, Marquette, WI.
A memorial service for Mary will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 15, 2018, at St Paul’s Ev. Lutheran Church, with Pastor Michael Plagenz officiating.
