Marshall Man Convicted Of Homicide Given Life In Prison

(Madison) A Marshall man who killed a Sun Prairie man and hid his body in Columbia County was sentenced to life in prison Friday. In December, Daniel Lieske pled guilty to a felony count of Hiding a Corpse and was later found guilty by a jury on First Degree Homicide charges in the death of 21-year-old Jesse Faber. Prosecutors say Lieske shot Faber five times and hid his body in Rio, about 30 miles from where he was last seen in Marshall. Lieske’s finance, 52-year-old Miechelle Goss, was given ten months in jail for helping cover up the murder. The 60-year-old Lieske has the possibility of parole in 20 years.
