MARCH 9TH: CRABMEAT

Crabmeat Toasts

1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained

¾ c. butter

2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

½ tsp. garlic salt

½ tsp. seasoning salt

1 (12 oz.) pkg. English muffins

Preheat oven to broil. In small mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, butter or margarine, mayonnaise, garlic salt and seasoning salt. Spread mixture on open-face muffins. Arrange toasts on baking sheet. Broil for 8 minutes or until toasted. Be careful not to burn them.
