MARCH 20TH: RAVIOLI

Easy Baked Ravioli

1 ¾ c. marinara sauce, heated

1 (9 oz.) pkg. refrigerated four-cheese ravioli, cooked & drained

1 c. shredded low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese

¼ c. shredded Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375. Layer 1/3 of the sauce and ½ of the pasta in a 1 quart baking dish. Repeat layers; top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.

(Make ahead and refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake as directed, increasing baking time to 25 minutes or until heated through.)
