Madison Man Accused Of Selling Drugs To Beaver Dam Informant

8/24/17 – A Madison man is accused of selling a controlled substance to a confidential informant in Dodge County. Lavarren Etienne is facing three felony counts of Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine. Last January, an undercover drug investigation was conducted in Beaver Dam. According to the criminal complaint, Etienne allegedly sold cocaine on three separate occasions to the informant. The 29-year-old was identified by police after a domestic abuse arrest several days later. In convicted, Etienne faces up to 30 years in prison. His initial appearance is scheduled for September 18.
