JUNE 17TH: EAT YOUR VEGETABLES and APPLE STRUDEL

Broccoli, Cauliflower Salad

1 ½ lbs. of broccoli and cauliflower

2 c. mayonnaise

1 c. sugar

4 Tbsp. vinegar

As much bacon as you’d like; cooked crisp and cut up

1 onion, chopped

2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine broccoli, cauliflower, onion, bacon and shredded cheese in large bowl. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and mix until smooth. Pour dressing over veggies and stir to combine. Chill until ready to serve. 06 02 17
