Individual Fruit Pizzas
¼ c. lime juice
1 (8 oz.) container of Cool Whip®
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Individual sugar cookies
Fresh fruit, your choice
Combine lime juice, Cool Whip, milk and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Frost individual sugar cookies. (You can use the refrigerated dough, sliced, or make your own cookies, or use store bought). Garnish with your favorite fruits. The creamy frosting keeps well in the fridge, so you can make just a few at time-and the fruit pizza will not get “soft”. And kids will love to create their own, using the fruits they like best.
