JULY 24TH – TEQUILA and INSTANT COFFEE

Make Ahead Frozen Margaritas

1 (12 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate

2/3 c. (about 5 oz.) tequila

½ c. (4 oz.) orange liqueur

4 c. ice cubes

In blender, combine limeade concentrate, tequila and orange liqueur. Cover and blend until combined. Add ice cubes; blend until mixture becomes slushy. Pour into half-pint jars. Cover and freeze overnight.  For Strawberry Margaritas: prepare as above, except add 2 c. frozen unsweetened whole strawberries along with ice cubes.
