Rhubarb Torte
6-8 c. rhubarb, cut up
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
¼ c. brown sugar
2 (6 oz.) pkg. tapioca pudding
1 box yellow or white cake mix (dry)
1 stick margarine, melted
Combine rhubarb, eggs, sugar, brown sugar & tapioca. Pour into greased 9×13” baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix over rhubarb mixture. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 375°-1 ½ hours
