JANUARY 5TH: WHIPPING CREAM

Whipping Cream Biscuits

2 c. self-rising flour

1 c. whipping cream

Preheat oven to 450°. Combine flour and cream in mixing bowl, stirring just until blended. (the dough will be a little stiff). Transfer dough to lightly floured surface and knead 10 times. Roll to ½” thickness and cut with 2” cutter. Place biscuits close together on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Yield: 12 biscuits.
