JANUARY 3RD – CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRY

Cherry Cake

1 pkg. chocolate cake mix

3 eggs

1 c. Wilderness cherry pie filling

1 c. sugar

3 Tbsp. butter

½ c. milk

1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine cake mix, eggs, pie filling. Mix well. Pour into greased 9×13” pan. In small saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a boil. Stir occasionally for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread over cooled cake.
