JANUARY 29TH: CORN CHIPS

 

Frito Pie

3 c. corn chips (Fritos®)

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

¾ c. chopped onion

2 ½ c. prepared chili

Preheat oven to 350°. Spread about 2 c. corn chips in baking dish. Sprinkle half onion and half cheddar cheese over chips and top with chili. Spread remaining 1 c. corn chips over chili, followed by remaining chopped onion and cheese. Bake until hot and bubbly. About 15-20 minutes.
