JANUARY 21ST – GRANOLA BAR

Granola Breakfast Bars

2 ¼ c. old fashioned oats

½ c. whole wheat flour

½ tsp. baking soda

½ tsp. vanilla

5 Tbsp. applesauce

¼ c. honey

¼ c. Splenda® brown sugar

½ c. add-ins (raisins, dates, craisins, chopped nuts, etc.)

Grease an 8×8” pan. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread into pan. Bake at 325° for 18-22 minutes or until golden. Cool 10 minutes before cutting into bars. Wrap in plastic wrap in individual portions for “grab and go” breakfast.
