2 microwave bags of plain (not buttered) popcorn, popped, with all unpopped kernels removed
10 oz. bag white chocolate chips
½ c. heart shaped sprinkles
3 c. white chocolate pretzels
½ c. each light and dark pink chocolate candies (M&M’s®)
Spread popcorn in single layer over cookie sheet covered with parchment paper or foil. Melt white chocolate in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds to prevent burning. If chocolate is too thick, add up to 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil to thin chocolate to pourable consistency. Pour white chocolate over popcorn. With clean hands, toss popcorn to distribute the chocolate and spread in single layer again. Evenly scatter the heart-shaped sprinkle over chocolate. Stir popcorn every 15 minutes for about 45 minutes to an hour, breaking up any clumps. After chocolate has hardened, add pretzels and stir into mix along with chocolate candies. Makes 8-10 servings.
