JANUARY 17TH – HOT BUTTERED RUM

Swedish Rum Balls

1 stick butter

1 c. sugar

2 c. uncooked 1-minute oatmeal

3 Tbsp. Hershey’s® cocoa

2-3 Tbsp. rum

Mix butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa well. Add oatmeal and mix again; add rum to taste. Roll into balls (in colored sugars). Store in sealed container in fridge.
