JANUARY 11TH – HOT TODDY, MILK DAY

Hot Chocolate Mix (Mr. Food)

2 c. nonfat dry milk powder

¾ c. sugar

½ c. unsweetened cocoa

½ c. dry nondairy creamer

1/8 tsp. salt

Place milk powder and salt into canning jar, tapping jar on counter to level ingredients. Add to jar: cocoa powder, sugar and non-dairy creamer, taping jar on counter to level after each addition. Place marshmallows in small resealable bag and place on top. Seal jar and decorate. Makes 12 servings. Remove marshmallow bag from jar. In large bowl, empty dry ingredients and mix well. Store in airtight container. To make a mug of hot chocolate: place ¼ c. mix in a mug and add ¾ c. boiling water; stir to blend. Top with a few marshmallows.
