Iowa Man Convicted Of Seventh OWI

2/7/17 – Driving on State Highway 26 in the Town of Rosendale while it was under construction led to an Iowa man’s seventh drunken driving conviction. Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney says a Sheriff’s deputy pulled Joseph Rogers over in May of 2015. At the time the road was closed because it was under construction. The DA says Rogers had a blood alcohol level of point-one-three-three (.133) which is more than six times the legal limit for a repeat drunken driver. Judge Peter Grimm recently sentenced Rogers to three years and nine months in prison.
