Bill Leisses showed us how to grill Rainbow Trout, Scallops, Shrimp and Lobster! Each dish was super easy and super delicious! I showed how you can easily make a “Beach-Themed” party and shared the story of the Winter Beach Party that my brother Michael put together for my girls while he was babysitting them.
