Hustisford Man Facing Child Pornography Possession Charges

(Hustisford) Cash bond was set at $2,500 dollars for a Hustisford man accused of having illegal images of minors on his computer. Todd DiMiceli is charged with six felony counts of Possession of Child Pornography. In January of 2016, detectives with the Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigation conducted a search warrant at the DiMiceli residence in Hustisford. Several electronic items were sieved and after forensic examination six images were reportedly located among DiMiceli’s files.  In talking with investigators, DiMiceli allegedly admitted to encountering child pornography while using a program called ARES. When asked if he had intentionally looked for child porn the 45-year-old fell silent before requesting an attorney. If convicted, DiMiceli faces up to 150 years in prison. A judge will decide next month if there is enough evidence to order a trial.
