Horicon Man Sentenced To Prison On Drug, Theft Charges

(Horicon) A Horicon man was sentenced to two-and-a-half years in prison Tuesday for possessing illegal drugs and stealing from family members. Dominick Kaiser pled no contest to felony Possession of Narcotic Drugs and misdemeanor Receiving or Concealing Stolen Property. A felony count of Burglary along with misdemeanor charges of Criminal Damage to Property and Theft of Movable Property were dismissed but read into the record. Kaiser broke into a home in August of 2016 and stole items out of a safe. The 26-year-old was found with multiple items from the safe and was able to correctly describe where other items would be found. In addition to 30 months in prison, Kaiser will spend two years on extended supervision.
