Hartford Man In Custody After Firing Shots

(Hartford) A Hartford man is in custody after firing shots in the air during an argument early Sunday morning. Police say they received word just after 2am of shots fired just north of the city’s downtown area. The 33-year-old suspect was taken into custody without incident, and no one was injured. The gunman was taken to the Washington County Jail on charges of felony Armed Robbery, Recklessly Endangering Safety, Possession of a Short-Barreled Shotgun and for being a Felon in Possession of Firearms. The investigation is ongoing.
