Some animals take the little longer road to find a forever home. Harley, in her short 1 year of life, seems to be meeting many people on her journey to home. As a puppy this pretty girl was taken in by a rescue group….if only Harley could tell us where she came from. At 6 months old, Harley was adopted and lived in a home for the next half a year where she was much loved, but her family was not able to keep her. Recently Harley was adopted to a family that adored her, as they did their other DCHS adopted pup who was to be Harley’s new sibling. But once Harley was home, she decided she wanted to be an only dog. Each family has said Harley is a sweet, loving dog who deserves a wonderful home. We’d love to find Harley just ONE more home…her forever home!
Jacker is a handsome boy who made the trip to Wisconsin from Texas with Lola’s Lucky Day rescue. Yes he was adopted before Christmas, but Jacker was found to be too much for the family cat. So now Jacker is back at the DCHS looking for a (cat free) family. He’s a young 2 year old Labrador/mix dog who LOVES people and playing with his toys. He’s a quick learner and is just so sweet! Come meet Jacker this week and find out if you are his forever family!
