(Beaver Dam) Swan Park in Beaver Dam will be filled with Hispanic themed food, music and entertainment on Saturday. Fiesta Beaver Dam celebrates cultural heritage and gives visitors a wide-variety of learning opportunities. The event was started by the Beaver Dam Chamber of Commerce a decade ago but ended after four years. Thanks to an infusion of help from the Latino Network, the festival is returning this year. Organizer Sahira Rueter says there will be plenty of fun activities and foods to try throughout the day. There will also be performances by the Saint Katherine’s Dancers and Julio Sostre who will be playing live salsa music. Kid’s activities include face-painting. Anita Streich with the Beaver Dam Community Library says there will be a special performer at noon that will incorporate songs from the animated movie Coco. Fiesta Beaver Dam runs Saturday from 11am to 4pm.
